Lalitha Vadlamani-Simmers, MD

Dr. V is the owner operator of Beachside Pediatric Associates, PA. She earned her bachelor's of science in zoology from Duke University in 1996 and graduated from East Carolina School of Medicine with her medical degree in 2001. Dr V spent six years in the Air Force completing her residency at Keesler AFB and becoming pediatric medical director on Eglin AFB before retiring as a Major. She is a board certified pediatrician by the American Board of Pediatrics with 23 years of clinical experience as a general pediatrician in the Panhandle of Florida. "I plan to use my expertise as a pediatrician to offer compassionate, expedient and up-to-date care to the many children in the area.  My goal is for my patients to receive timely, effective and personal medical attention close to home so as to expedite their healing or wellness needs and giving their parents some peace of mind."

Jennifer Hughes, CPNP-PC, APRN

Beachside Pediatric Associates, PA would like to officially welcome Jennifer Hughes, CPNP-PC, APRN to our clinic as our newest clinical provider. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Marquette University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama. Previously, she has worked in pediatric neurosurgery, neurology, and endocrinology, as well as general pediatrics. Jen, as she likes to be called, said, “Beachside Pediatrics has provided me with the opportunity to channel my passion for pediatrics into improving the health of children while collaborating with a team that is supportive, kind, and fun.” Jen is a military spouse living in Niceville with her husband and three daughters. When not caring for patients, she enjoys reading, running, and being out on the water.

Amy, RN

Amy is a Santa Cruz, CA native and active-duty Army spouse. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Fayetteville State Univ in Fayetteville, NC in 2009. Amy has been a pediatric nurse for 14 years. First as a  Pediatric ER nurse, and then as a Pediatric nurse at Beachside Pediatric Associates, PA. She stated, “I can't imagine caring for any other population of patients, and I love the continuity of care that working in a pediatric primary care office brings”  In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. 

Chelsea, LPN

Chelsea is from the Niceville area and graduated from OTC in 2020 with her LPN nursing degree. In March 202o, she started working in the nursing field and in early 2022 she became a member of our nursing team at Beachside Pediatric Associates, PA  Chelsea states, ” I love working with our clinic team  and watching every child grow and develop into their own person.”  In her off time, she loves spending time outdoors or working on puzzles with her husband. 

Magnolia, Administrative Assistant

 

Magnolia has been the lead receptionist at Beachside Pediatric Associates, PA since September 2021. Her previous work experience that brought her to our clinic includes working in a chiropractic clinic and retail experience. Magnolia has said, “Coming to work each day is fun. My co-workers are so funny, kind, and helpful. We truly are a team. I’ve not worked anywhere else where I have felt so appreciated for the work I do and for who I am. But the best part of the job is seeing the kids grow up over time. Our patients like coming to the clinic and that makes me proud of what we are doing here.”  In her free time, Magnolia enjoys playing guitar and singing at local gigs. Her greatest joy comes from loving on her two children.

Clayton Lancaster, Office Manager

 

Clayton was born in Mississippi. He lived most of his early childhood in Franklin, TN. His family moved to the Florida Panhandle when Clayton was in high school and he has been here ever since. Clayton started working at Beachside Pediatric Associates from the very start of the clinic and has played a key roll in starting and managing the clinic from the very conception of the idea up to overseeing daily operations of the clinic. He stated, “This is my first work experience in healthcare. I never realized how much I would love this job. In fact, it is not a job to me at all. Working alongside an exceptionally talented team of professionals, each in their own right, who also enjoy their jobs and really care about our patients is simply joyful.”  In his free time, Clayton enjoys reconnecting with his first professional career as a performing musician. He also loves to cook and spend time with his family.
